  Window staff the day I went no personality and all I got was what would you like. Is that it. Wow no hello or welcome or thank you it was like I was interrupting her. Very in professional service at the hespeler one. I avoid going to that one as much as possible. This wasn't the first time with this kind of service. Not like the service at Star bucks. I know it's not the same kind of establishment but the service there is fantastic. They should send anyone that is going to be in this type of business to star bucks for training. Rant over

  I barely ever come here because the drive-thru lineup is insane. If you go inside, the people are very nice and quick to serve you tasty food.

  A truly pleasant dining experience. This establishment knows service and has it down to an art. Every waiter was professional and helpful in assisting me when I did not know what to order. One young man stuck out to me - Tristan Greenhough. He offered me table service and brought my coffee straight to my table before my burger was ready, giving me a chance to enjoy it while I waited. It is this type of exceptional, top-tier service that makes this restaurant stand above all others. 10/10 recommend.

  This place used to be OK... I fear for these kids working at minimum wage. They can't construct a proper McDouble with no cheese for dinner. Mine contained dry patties, no mustard, unevenly distributed ketchup, a few specks of rehydrated onion, and one pickle. Muffin is as hard as a rock. At least the coffee was piping hot and correct.... but overall what a joke!

  Decent, but they seem to always give me black coffee when I've ordered DD. There was another time they took my payment, and then got upset because I had paid for the wrong order, even though they didn't confirm my order or amount and just took my card. Overall the same thing you can expect at any McDonald's food wise.
