  The pressure of a refinance or mortgage deadline date can be stressful. I called Carol 12 hours before I needed a statement of insurance for my new bank. Carol said no problem and at all and turned it around in less than 20 minutes. Best part, she was calm, relaxed and told me it would not be a problem! Amazing. It made my day, and my refinance went off with out a hitch. That you team Todd! I have been a client for over 5 years and will continue to refer.
